Where do you Ship to?

Currently we ship to the UK, Ireland and the EU.

For international enquiries please email us on so that we can inform you of costs before you decide to order.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.   For orders placed by 1pm on a business day we aim to process, pack and ship your order the same day.

You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order, again when it has been processed so you know it’s on its way with a tracking link to the parcel. 

Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note at exceptionally busy times, or during weekends and holidays, these timings may vary.

Which Shipping methods do you use?

For the UK we ship using Royal Mail for orders up to 5KG.  This means you can expect delivery in around 3 working days.

For Ireland we use Parcelforce tracked service which means you should receive your parcel within 2 working days.

For the EU, we use International Shipping via Royal Mail for small orders between 0-2KG and DPD tracked for all orders above 2KG.  You should expect to receive your parcel within 5 working days.

Will extra taxes apply for the EU?

As we are based in Northern Ireland, we are able to trade freely with the UK and the EU, so no, there will be no extra taxes levied.

How do I track my order?

We will send you an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email that detail your order and tracking numbers.  If you create an account you will be able to access your order history and progress.

I haven’t received my order, where is it?

If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 3 business days in the UK and Ireland, then please contact us at and we will be able to help.

I received my order but its incorrect or damaged.

On the rare occasion this might occur please contact us at and we will be able to help.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

How do I cancel my order after its been placed?

If you need to cancel an order you placed, please contact us by emailing us at immediately, so we are able to stop the package from going out.

Do you offer returns?

We really hope you love your beam snacks, but if for some reason, you aren’t happy with your purchase then please contact us at within 30days of purchase and we will work to resolve your query. As our products are food products, we are unable to accept returns for food safety reasons.

Can you guarantee your products are free from the top 14 Allergens?

Yes!  Our products are produced in one of the world leading Allergy Friendly facilities, where our products are developed, produced and packaged with care.

Are they certified Nut-free?

Yes! Our products are produced and packed in a certified Nut-free facility.  Our products are peanut free and tree-nut free making them school-safe for lunchboxes or other places with ‘No Nuts’ policies.

Are your products Gluten free?

Yes! Our products are produced and packed in a certified Gluten Free facility.

What about other Allergens?

Beam snacks are free from the following Top 14 allergens:

Peanuts, Tree nuts, Gluten, Milk (dairy), Soy, Eggs, Sesame, Wheat, Shellfish, Fish, Lupin, Molluscs, Mustard, Sulphites.

Are your products Vegan or vegetarian?

All our products are 100% Plant-Based and Vegan friendly with no animal ingredients.

Are your products Kosher?

Yes, our products are certified Kosher.

Do your products contain GMO’s?

No! All our products are GMO free.
